History of Northeast & Central WI ATV/UTV Association:
Since the inception of Northeast & Central WI ATV / UTV Association in 2019, the focus of the association was to work towards opening ATV/UTV road routes. NECW has been credited with assisting the opening the vast majority of Waupaca County. Our current mission is continue to expand access to ATV/UTV routes and trails.
Northeast & Central WI ATV/UTV Association Mission Statement:
The Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association is to provide
education, promote safety and promote ATV/UTV riding.
Northeast & Central WI ATV/UTV Association Goals:
The Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association is to provide and maintain
trails in northeast and central Wisconsin upon request to do so and develop an understanding of
the issues affecting the sport of ATV/UTV-ing and communicate information so then the image
of ATV/UTV-ing will be enhanced. The Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV
Association will assist with establishing routes and trails in Waupaca, Winnebago, Waushara,
Portage, Shawano and Outagamie counties or the greater Fox Valley area. The Northeast and
Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association encourages cooperation between the various
clubs/associations in our area in activities that promote the sport of safe ATV/UTV-ing.
